Great picture! So, um, pet or stowaway?
Thanks jason! Definitely a stowaway- my inner dialogue played between “Aahh! Get it off me!” and “Hey, I probably ought to have a photo of one of these things” for a few moments before the calmer photographer prevailed.
Incidentally, this tick never tried to bite.
