Oh I do love me some Cane Toads. Biocontrol gone horribly wrong.
Of course, we would be remiss if we didn’t at least mention the earlier efforts by the same director: Cane Toads: An Unnatural History.

I’m dreaming of a movie marathon…(it’s not insect fear festival exactly, but definitely cult movie worthy!!)
I had no idea there was a new version. A couple of years ago I saw the 1988 film and it cracked me up. Not funny from a biological point of view, but those Aussies are weird folks! Gotta love ‘em.
I will be runnin’ right out to find this new rendition. Thanks for the heads up, Alex.
