Lasius (Acanthomyops) arizonicus - Citronella Ant
Lasius arizonicus ants are common insects but are rarely seen above ground as they inhabit extensive subterranean nests where they tend mealybugs for honeydew. Here an ant carries a mealybug in her mandibles.
