Camponotus
Camponotus is one of the most abundant and widespread ant genera worldwide. Members of this ecologically diverse group are found in nearly every terrestrial habitat. They include carpenter ants, as well as some honey ants and weaver ants.
Due to the tremendous diversity of Camponotus, I have broken up the image gallery into subgenera.
